The kit was very easy to use, all steps are very clear, and results were very consistent. These results were used for a manuscript that is currently under review. We definitively would buy this array to be assayed not only for cell culture but also for tissues. The figure shown depicts the impact of three samples (Aspirin, the South American berry or ABJ, and their combination) in the modulation of pro-apoptotic proteins from this kit.

I would recommend this kit to anyone looking to profile multiple apoptosis pathways at once. Spot placement was very consistent which made analysis easy.

Do I need to use the protease inhibitors (e.g. aprotinin, Ipegal) if I only plan to use cell supernatants?
The proteinase inhibitors are recommended for cell and tissue lysates only. You do not need them for cell culture supernates.
