Detection of Human IL‑9 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human Th2 cells treated with (1) anti-CD3 and anti-CD28, (2) anti-CD3, anti-CD28, Recombinant Human IL-2 (Catalog # 202-IL), Recombinant Human IL-4 (Catalog # 204-IL), and Mouse Anti-Human IFN-gamma Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB285) or (3) anti-CD3, anti-CD28, Recombinant Human IL-2 (Catalog # 202-IL), Recombinant Human IL-4 (Catalog # 204-IL), Mouse Anti-Human IFN-gamma Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB285), and Recombinant Human TGF-beta 1 (Catalog # 240-B). PVDF membrane was probed with a 0.1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human IL-9 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2091) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for IL-9 at approximately 35-40 kDa (as indicated).
