Detection of Integrin beta1/CD29 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human Integrin beta1/CD29 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17781, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B).Detection of Integrin beta1/CD29 in A549 human lung carcinoma cell line by Flow Cytometry.
A549 human lung carcinoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human Integrin beta1/CD29 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17781, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B). Integrin beta1/CD29 was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using Mouse Anti-Human Integrin beta1/CD29 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17781) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membrane. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.Applications for Human Integrin beta1/CD29 Antibody
