Scientific Data Images for Human beta2-Microglobulin Antibody
Detection of Human beta2‑Microglobulin by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human beta2-Microglobulin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB82481) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for beta2-Microglobulin at approximately 12 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Beta 2 Microglobulin in Human PBMC lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Human PBMC lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human Beta 2 Microglobulin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB82481, filled histogram) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram) followed by APC-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B).
