Detection of Mouse IgG Primary Antibody by Western Blot

Western blot shows detection of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat IGSF4C/SynCAM4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB41642) using a 1:1000 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Detection of Cytokeratin 10 in Human Skin.

Cytokeratin 10 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human skin using Mouse Anti-Human Cytokeratin 10 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11806) at 5 µg/ml overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using VisUCyte Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # VCTS021) Tissue was stained with a 30 min incubation of Donkey anti Mouse HRP conjugated secondary antibodies (Catalog # HAF018) at 1:20 dilution + DAB chromogen (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
