Flow Cytometry: ICAM-1/CD54 Antibody (009) [NBP2-90585] - Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse ICAM-1/CD54 expression on BABL/c splenocytes. Cells were stained with purified anti-Mouse ICAM-1/CD54, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ICAM-1/CD54 Antibody (009) [NBP2-90585] - Immunofluorescence staining of Mouse ICAM-1/CD54 in Raw264.7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-90585 antibody (dilution ratio 1:60) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary antibody (green).
