Potent BRAF and CRAF inhibitor
Product Description
Vemurafenib is a potent inhibitor of BRAFV600E, C-Raf and wild type B-Raf (IC50 values are 13-31 nM, 6.7-48 nM and 100-160 nM, respectively. Vemurafenib also inhibits SRMS, ACK1 KHS1, FGR (IC50 values are 18 nM, 19 nM, 51 nM and 63 nM, respectively). Vemurafenib shows antitumor activity and induces autophagy in BRAF-mutant thyroid cancer cells.Product Specifications
