Product Description
SPOP-i-6lc is a selective SPOP E3 ubiquitin ligase inhibitor (IC50 = 2.1 μM and 3.5 μM, in A498 and OS-RC-2 cell lines, respectively). In vitro, SPOP-i-6lc suppresses viability and proliferation of A498 and OS-RC-2 kidney cancer cell lines. SPOP-i-6lc leads to the accumulation of tumor suppressors PTEN and DUSP7 and decreased levels of phosphorylated AKT and ERK in clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) cell lines.Product Specifications
