Selinexor

Product Description

Selinexor is an inhibitor of the exportin 1 (XPO1/CRM1) nuclear exporter. Shows selectivity for TNBC over ER-positive breast cancer cell lines (IC₅₀ values are 11-550 nM and >1000 nM, respectively), and reduces growth of xenografts. Inhibits growth of thyroid cancer cell lines (IC₅₀ = 150-500 nM), potentiates the anti-tumor effects of Olaparib (Cat. No. 7579) in ovarian cancer and breast cancer. Also a potent inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 replication in vitro (EC₅₀ = 10 nM) and downregulates the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines including TNF-α and IL-6.
