Enhances survival of human ESCs following enzymatic dissociation
Key Product Details
Description
Enhances survival of human ESCs following enzymatic dissociation
Product Description
Pyrintegrin enhances survival of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) following enzymatic dissociation. Thought to enhance cell-ECM adhesion and activate integrin signaling. Pyrintegrin increases adhesion of hESCs to matrigel- and laminin-coated plates, but not to gelatin-coated plates. Also podocyte-protective agent and prevents LPS-induced proteinuria in mice.Product Specifications
