Sample Tested: EDTA PlasmaVerified Customer | Posted 11/15/2018We ran this assay in human EDTA-plasma samples at a 1:5 dilution with resonable precision. Due to large variation in sample galectin-1 concentrations, we added another high and low standard-point to the standard curve. Still, a lot of samples had to be re-run at a 1:25 dilution.
