Detection of Mouse Integrin alpha5/CD49e by Western Blot.

Western Blot shows lysates of mouse colon tissue and 3T3-L1 mouse embryonic fibroblast adipose-like cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/ml of Sheep Anti-Mouse Integrin alpha5/CD49e Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1754) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Integrin alpha5/CD49e at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.

Mouse splenocytes were stained with either Sheep Anti-Mouse Integrin alpha 5/CD49e (AF1754, closed histogram) or Sheep IgG Isotype Control (5-001-A, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (F0126).
