Lysozyme in HepG2 Human Cell Line.
Lysozyme was detected in immersion fixed HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line using Rabbit anti-Lysozyme Affinity Purified Polyclonal Antibody conjugated to DyLight 650 (Catalog # NBP2-61118C) (light blue) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4C. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (dark blue). Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.Applications for Lysozyme Antibody [DyLight 650]
