TIMP-4 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue using 25 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human TIMP-4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB974) overnight at 4 °C. Human TIMP-4 ELISA Standard Curve

Recombinant Human TIMP-4 (Catalog # 974-TSF) was serially diluted and captured by Mouse Anti-Human TIMP-4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB974) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Goat Anti-Human/Mouse TIMP-4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF974) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)
