Goat Anti-Human MICA Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1300) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)
