Mouse Anti-Human Adiponectin/Acrp30 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1065) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)
