WBP2NL: Lysates

Regulated by GSTP1 and playing a role in cell activation, WBP2NL is a sperm-specific WW domain-binding protein. It promotes meiotic resumption and may play a role in pronuclear formation during oocyte fertilization. Other biological processes involved with WBP2NL include egg activation, female pronucleus assembly and male pronucleus assembly. Mitral valve stenosis, cerebrovascular accident and pulmonary edema are diseases associated with WBP2NL.
