Function: Plays a role in the control of the actin cytoskeleton via activation of the JNK pathway.; Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor; Cytoplasmic side. Endosome membrane; Lipid-anchor; Cytoplasmic side. Note: Treatment with TNF activates endosomal but not plasma membrane RHOV; Tissue specificity: Highly expressed in pancreas, placenta, and fetal brain.
