Tumor-derived Exosome Immunobeads are 0.4 um latex beads covalently coupled with antibodies that allows enrichment in Tumor-derived exosomes.

Using the supplied Elution Buffer, EVs can be eluted from Immunocapture beads and used in downstream analyses such as protein profiling and nucleic acid extraction.

Immunobeads can be re-used after incubation with Bead Regeneration Buffer.

Shelf life of 8 months.

Tumor-Derived Exosome Isolation Beads [NBP3-14798] - Alix expression by western blotting of human plasma exosomes captured on lmmunobeads from 0.5 ml of plasma in comparison with exosomes purified via ultracentrifuge. 1, 3 and 5: lmmunocapture with immunobeads from 1 ml, 0.5 ml and 100 µ1 of human plasma respectively. 2, 4, 6: Ultra centrifuged exosomes from plasma after immunobeads capture. 7 lmmunocapture with immunobeads isotype coupled. 8, 9: Ultracentifuged exosome from 0.5 ml and 1 ml of human plasma.

Background: Tumor-Derived Exosome Isolation Beads

Immunocapture for isolation of exosomes relies on the antigen-antibody interaction. Antibodies directed at target of interest are coated either in a 96-well plate or conjugated to a bead. The sample is applied directly into coated well, or into sample with coated beads, and EVs are allowed to bind. In a final step, EVs can be eluted from the antibody and used in downstream functional and phenotypic analysis. This method of isolation is highly specific, resulting in extremely pure EV populations.
