EV Precipitation Solution (Cell Culture) is a simple and rapid method of high yield extracellular vesicle (EV) isolation from urine samples. Based on ploymer precipitation technique, samples are incubated with EV Precipitation Solution on ice and exosomes are isolated after a gentle table-top centrifugation step. Advantages of EV Precipitation Solution include: High yield of EVs, No prior sample concentration required, No special equipment.
