Preparation of Working Solutions
Tissue Preservation Solution - HRP/AP assays is ready to use and does not require additional preparation.
Protocol Recommendations
1. After counterstaining, rinse slide with water.
2. Position the slide at an angle on a stack of paper towels to allow excess fluid to run off.
3. Lay slides flat and pipette or add a few drops of Tissue Preservation Solution - HRP/AP assays over the tissue, making sure you cover the tissue section.
4. Let tissue section soak for about 5 minutes.
5. Position the slide at an angle on a stack of paper towels to allow excess fluid to run off.
6. Let the fluid dry completely without further rinsing for about a minimum of 20 minutes or longer if needed. It is important that the slide is completely dry before moving on to the next step.
7. Mount and coverslip slide using any conventional mounting method.
