Biological Activity for Tenofovir

Tenofovir is a selectively inhibits HIV reverse transcriptase (RNA-dependent DNA polymerase). Prevents cytotoxicity in SIV-infected C-8166 cells in vitro (IC₅₀ = 1.5 μM). Antiviral agent.
