Biological Activity for T 0070907

T 0070907 is a potent and selective irreversible PPARγ antagonist (IC₅₀ = 1 nM). Displays > 800-fold selectivity for PPARγ over PPARα and PPARδ. Blocks transcriptional activity of PPARγ in vitro and inhibits Rosiglitazone-induced adipogenesis.
