(S)-WAY 100135 dihydrochloride is a potent, selective 5-HT1A receptor antagonist (IC50 = 15 nM). Selective over 5-HT1B, 1C, 2,α1, α2 and D2 receptors (IC50 > 1000 nM). Centrally active on systemic administration.
