PF 04885614 is a potent Na_V1.8 inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 53 nM for human Na_V1.8 channel). Exhibits selectivity for hNa_V1.8 over hNa_V1.6, hNa_V1.7, hNa_V1.1, hNa_V1.2 and hNa_V1.5 (IC₅₀ values are 4.2, 7.0, 11, 16 and 27 μM respectively). Orally bioavailable.
