Phenyl amino glutarimide (PAG) 3'-piperazine-4-methylpiperidine is a functionalized cereblon ligand for PROTAC^® research and development. Incorporates an E3 ligase ligand with a terminal piperidine for onward chemistry to generate Protein Degraders with rigid linkers. Part of a range of functionalized tool molecules for PROTAC R&D.
