Product Description
OX 04528 is a highly potent and selective GPR84 agonist. It inhibits cAMP production in CHO cells expressing human GPR84 (EC50 = 6 pM) and shows no β-arrestin recruitment. Exhibits selectivity for GPR84 over FFA1, FFA4, and CB2 receptors. In vivo, OX 04528 shows a half-life of 58 minutes following oral dosing at 10 mg/kg in mouse pharmacokinetic studies.
