O8 OGG1 Inhibitor is a potent and selective 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase 1 (OGG1) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 0.2 μM in a gel based assay). Exhibits > 200-fold selectivity for OGG1 over other DNA glycosylases, NEIL1 and NTH1.
