Product Description
NVS-ZP7-4 is an inhibitor of the zinc transporter ZIP7 (SLC39A7). Inhibition of ZIP7 in T-ALL cell lines increases ER zinc levels and inhibits Notch signalling, inducing apoptosis. Inhibits ferroptosis in cancer cells when used at a concentration of 10 μM.Product Specifications
