NNMTi is a nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) inhibitor (IC50 = 1.2 μM). Promotes myoblast differentiation in C2C12 cells. Activates senescent muscle stem cells (muSCs) and improves regenerative capacity of aged skeletal muscle.
