NIBR-LTSi is a potent and selective large tumor suppressor kinase (LATS) inhibitor (IC50 = 1.4 nM). Also activates YAP signaling (EC50 = 1.0 - 2.7 μM). Promotes liver organoid formation (EC50 = 0.35 μM), hepatocyte proliferation, ISC expansion, and blocks differentiation.
