Biological Activity for MaxiPost

MaxiPost is a potassium channel modulator. Acts as a positive modulator at neuronal K_v7 channels and calcium-activated K⁺ channels (BK_Ca) in HEK293 cells. Displays negative modulatory activity at K_v7.1 channels (K_i = 3.7 μM) and GABA_A receptors. Displays anxiolytic activity in vivo.
