Application of ImmunoFect STAR™ Antibody Transfection Reagent. Cytosolic delivery of anti-NUP153 antibody targeting the nuclear pore complex. HeLa cells were treated with anti-NUP153/ ImmunoFect STAR™ reagent complexes for 24 h, anti-NUP153 10 μg/mL, and ImmunoFect STAR™ reagent was 8 μg/mL). Cells were then washed, permeabilized and stained with AF647 conjugated anti-rabbit IgG and Hoechst before imaging and colocalization measurements. |
