Biological Activity for DPDPE

DPDPE is a prototypical selective δ-opioid receptor agonist peptide. Inhibits electrically stimulated contraction of mouse vas deferens in vitro (EC₅₀ = 5.2 nM), and is antinociceptive in vivo.
