Na+/K+ ATPase inhibitor
Product Description
Digoxin is an inhibits membrane-bound α-subunits of the Na+/K+ ATPase pump in myocytes. Increases RGS2 protein levels in primary vascular smooth muscle cells through an Na+/K+ ATPase pump-dependent mechanism. Also exhibits anti-MERS-CoV activity in Vero cells in vitro (IC50 = 0.17 μM).Product Specifications
