AS 19 is a potent 5-HT7 receptor agonist (IC50 = 0.83 nM). Enhances memory consolidation and reverses scopolamine- or dizocilpine-induced amnesia in vivo. AS 19 also promotes melanin synthesis in B16F10 murine melanoma cells.Product Specifications
