Product Description

Amphotericin B forms nonselective monovalent ion channels within lipid bilayers. Amphotericin B binds ergosterol in the cell membrane. Antifungal and antiprotozoal. Amphotericin B can be used in a small molecule cocktail to generate 3D culture of lung alveolar cells (see below protocol).
