Activity
VEGF120 protein is fully biologically active when compared to standard. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells. The ED50 for this effect is 2-10 ng/mL.
Application Notes
As a result of glycosylation, it migrates to at least two bands with molecular weights ranging from 18.5 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
