By immunoelectrophoresis the IgG was shown to 1) react with antiserum specific for rabbit IgG, 2) not react with antiserum specific for IgA or IgM, and 3) produce a single precipitin arc with antiserum against rabbit serum identical to that produced with anti-IgG antisera.

But how can I use the Isotype Control without knowing the concentration? For FACS the Isotype Ctrl need to be used at exactly the same concentration as the Test antibody.
