Description
Product Description
BL660-NO is an activity-based sensing (ABS) bioluminescent probe for near-infrared red (NIR) detection of nitric oxide (NO). BL660-NO is suitable for in vitro, live cell and deep tissue imaging. Used to visualize endogenous NO in vitro, and in murine models of liver and breast cancer. Used to investigate the effect of diet on tumor microenvironment (TME) in mice. This product is a scalemic mixture of (S) and (R) enantiomers in which (S) is predominant. The exact ratio is batch specific and is expressed as an enantiomeric excess (e.e.) on the Certificate of Analysis.
