INTENDED USE & DESCRIPTION

Sample Activation Kit 1 (Part # 993078) offers convenient, premixed reagents for the activation of samples containing TGF-beta. The kit contains 3 vials of 1N HCL (Part # 895094, 10 mL/vial) and 3 vials of 1.2N NaOH/0.5M HEPES (Part # 895096, 10 mL/vial) for activation of samples in all of R&D Systems’ TGF-beta related products, including DuoSet® ELISA Development Systems, Quantikine® ELISAs, Luminex® Performance Assays, and Ella Automated Immunoassay systems. 

STORAGE & STABILITY

Store unopened at room temperature. Do not use past kit expiration. Stable for up to 30 days at room temperature after opening provided this is within the expiration date of the kit. Contains no preservatives.

PROCEDURE & EXPECTED VALUES

Follow activation procedure provided with each application. The kit contains reagents in quantities sufficient for 5 ELISA plates worth of samples.
