Human Angiopoietin-2 Quantikine ELISA Kit Summary: | The Quantikine Human Angiopoietin-2 Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed to measure human Angiopoietin-2 in cell culture supernates, serum, plasma, and saliva. It contains NS0-expressed recombinant human Angiopoietin-2 and has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant factor. Results obtained using natural human Angiopoietin-2 showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for naturally occurring human Angiopoietin-2. |

Sample Tested: Plasma,Serum,UrineVerified Customer | Posted 03/24/2022Urine was very low concentration & mostly undetectable at 2-fold. Plasma & Serum showed pretty good linearity up to 20-fold dilution. Almost no matrix effect in plasma at 20-fold dilution.
