Bobcat339 is a selective cytosine-based inhibitor of ten-eleven translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase (TET) (IC50 values are 33 and 73 μM for TET1 and TET2, respectively). Bobcat339 reduces DNA 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) levels in cells without inhibiting the DNA methyltransferase DNMT3a.Product Specifications
