Western Blot: TRAF7 Antibody [NB600-1399]

Western Blot: TRAF7 Antibody [NB600-1399]

Western Blot: TRAF7 Antibody [NB600-1399] - Total protein from Huvec, MCF7, U2-OS, A431, SHSY-5Y and HeLa cells was separated on a 7.5% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/ml anti-TRAF7 in 1% non-fat milk in TBST and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.

Background: TRAF7

Tumor necrosis factor (TNF; see MIM 191160) receptor-associated factors, such as TRAF7, are signal transducers for members of the TNF receptor superfamily (see MIM 191190). TRAFs are composed of an N-terminal cysteine/histidine-rich region containing zinc RING and/or zinc finger motifs; a coiled-coil (leucine zipper) motif; and a homologous region that defines the TRAF family, the TRAF domain, which is involved in self-association and receptor binding
