Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18369]-
Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18369]-Detection of human SYTL1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SYTL1 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. SYTL1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SYTL1 antibody.
