Western Blot:[NBP3-30449]-Detection of human and mouse SPTLC1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa , HEK293T , Jurkat and mouse NIH 3T3 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SPTLC1 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SPTLC1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SPTLC1 antibody , which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 10 seconds.
