Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30297]-Detection of human SPG8/Strumpellin by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SPG8/Strumpellin antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. SPG8/Strumpellin was inefficiently immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SPG8/Strumpellin antibody.
