WB: Approx. 37 kDa band observed in human kidney and U937 lysates (calculated MW of 35.2 kDa band according to NP_036372.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SIRT4 a band of approx. 38 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. IHC-P: Human pancreas shows staining of the islets of langerhans.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Skeletal Muscle shows spotty staining of striated fibres in longitudinal section.
