Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified goat anti-SDS3 antibody NB100-257 (lot 2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. SDS3 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot 1) and rabbit anti-SDS3 antibody NB100-93318. For blotting immunoprecipitated SDS3, NB100-257 was used at 1 ug/ml.
