Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Raptor antibody NB100-766 (lot 3) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. Raptor was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot 2) and rabbit anti-Raptor antibody NB100-331 For blotting immunoprecipitated Raptor, NB100-766 was used at 0.4 ug/ml.
